Our Story

My professional career in the United States began in 2014 in the life insurance industry, retirement plans, and annuities—products designed to protect the financial stability of families in times of uncertainty. Through this work, I learned to understand and support each family member, recognizing that every individual has unique needs. Later, I expanded my expertise into the health insurance field, motivated in part by personal and family experiences.

In late 2017, after Hurricane Maria devastated Puerto Rico, I joined the team stationed at Orlando International Airport to help expedite assistance for those arriving in the aftermath. During those months, I witnessed their challenges firsthand and learned about the resources available to support them. This experience allowed me to build meaningful connections and coordinate essential services—not only medical coverage, but also Social Security benefits, government programs, and social assistance for a diverse population in urgent need.

That experience broadened my professional vision. I set out to create an agency dedicated to managing personalized community resource opportunities and expanding the range of benefits available to individuals—not just health insurance. I began recruiting professionals who shared this mission, enabling us to serve and support even more people.

In January 2020, while the COVID-19 pandemic kept the world at home, our agency officially began operating as an integrated services company. Since then, we have remained committed to providing comprehensive, caring, and personalized support to every individual and family we serve.
